      more you say?

a lovely, yet rainy day today!!

    Ahhhhh…..
    I’m feeling better today. ^-^
Mum actually suprised me by saying that we could go get rhinestones for my project.
    I was so freakin’ excited.
I have quite a few ideas for what to do this summer and for future hobbies.
So we had a really lovely afternoon.

We were going to the city to do some mumsy errands and I happened to be tagging along. I love riding in the car. It’s so relaxing and makes me all content inside. There was this beautiful mixture of cummulus and nimbo stratus clouds. I really wanted to take pictures but had left my camera at home. I wanted to be a cloud photographer at that moment, but is probably one of my many random thoughts in my head.
After getting mum her brekkie and d. coke, we were off!!! Then we hit a bit of traffic, but it was okay as we got to have girl talk. I love having girl talks with mum. It opens my eyes to the world and all it’s possiblities. Soon we got to the city, and we did mum’s errands. We found Joann’s fairly easily.
It was a trashy little place, but we found the rhinestones, the glue, and the special rhinestone-picker upper-thingy, as well as a basket and boxes for mum’s nail stuff. When it was our turn in line, I noticed that the wind was picking up and getting more fierce by the second. Then the lights flickered and before we could say uh-oh, the power went out. I think the back up generator only had enough power to support a few lights, as the register would not turn on. Rather than trusting the slow, albeit crafty drones who worked there with writing down our purchases, we opted to have them hold our things to be picked up later.
So we ventured out into the storm to our car. My purse had found it’s purpose in protecting my hair from the rain. ^o^b YEAH! Anyway because I had used expired contacts yet again, I was forced to take them out. I had a slight headache for a few hours from the pain. = - = We went for lunch, well brunch for me, and talked some more. Then we went to Micheal’s, finding better baskets and containers for mum, as well as cute storage boxes and pails-and-shovels. No rhinestones but I found two more projects, embroidery, which I’ve been wanting to try for awhile, and a latch hook kit, which is basically making a rug. It’s a picture of a chocolate lab, aka Chilly. (fyi that’s my dog) So that was beneficial, yeah?
Then we went back to Michael’s and I ran in and picked up our things, leaving the basket and the containers. Then we traveled slowly back home, picking up Chinese for din din and nail things for mum. She desperatley needed a new buffer and fungus killer.
It was an overall wonderful afternoon, despite the few drenching encounters with the rain. Now I’ve finally download Princess Tutu Konzerts, thanks to my smart techno brain. I found a loophole.
Hee hee but since I’m a lovely person, I’ll give them to you!!!
I have them on my 4shared account here.
    And you’re very welcome.
So now I’ll go and listen to my musica.
    Have a good night. I know I will. ^-^
